Next please. Horrible AI,, glitchy trick wins, anti climatic...great game gone to hell right here.

Two bad things: once you leave you cant go back to a game. One player on the other team is really good and always wins the bids.

Decent game but not all the rules are expressed. Minor bug fixes. Led a double to be the trick and lost??? Needs work

On occasion awards hand to the second highest (suite/6 vs suite double). Also, partner does not throw count when you have the lead suite and partner is out of suit. Easy fixes. Otherwise really enjoy the app.

I love 42 but this app doesnt really give you the same experience of the actual game. Your partner has no intelligence and will lead all of the trumps out of your hand. Also it will award the trick to the second highest player. Sometimes it will even glitch where there are two of the same dominoes in the hand. Also you cannot bid 7s or call doubles when going nilo or go plunge.

Just like everyone is saying not worth the money or time playing. This game has some major flaws in the plays the computer makes.

If you are at all familiar with 42, you will be MORE than frustrated! For starters, your partner is not very bright! Partner does not play well with your bid....and major game flaw of lower valued dominos taking tricks over a Double that is led! Very disappointing! Hope they try again!

The description is accurate by saying it is just like playing at a&m. The game is slow and not intuitive. The computer partner does not play count when necessary, another dumb move just like an aggy.

This app is nothing like playing 42. You cannot rely on your partner at all. It holds on to count when it should through it. It play count when the other team has trumped the hand. My partner is fired!!!

There are so many errors with this game I dont even know where to begin. I was new to the game when I first downloaded it and didnt notice to many things but now that Ive become very familiar with 42, Ive been noticing a ton of errors with this version...poorly done.

Do not download this app!! It will not work properly if you yet to use the "group" wifi app!

First off, the bidding process is the pits. In real bids, if a player bids, say 30, another must bid 31 or more to take over the bid. Not with this app. Subsequent equal bids take over. In addition, the play is slow and annoying. The program continually reminds the player to wait. There are no recording features of displays of the state of the game. I have years old 42 game for my old Palm Pilot that is superior in every respect.

This application needs a lot of work to come near the 42 games of East Texas that I now play with my young grandchildren in Southern California. The big problems I see: (1) the program is designed to play down all the trumps first. When you and your partner are the only ones holding trumps, this is often a losing strategy. (2) Bidding low is a sure win here because your opponents consistently and inexplicably lead high cards, especially doubles. They clearly do not get the point? (3) Not being able to call doubles a separate suit when you bid low makes the game less challenging. (4) Why do players randomly throw out points to the opponents when theres no reason? I love playing 42, so this is better than nothing. Not much though. Ive cautioned my grandchildren not to play because it instills sloppy habits. Keep working on it folks.

First off, we have an app for 42!! Finally!! But AI needs work as stated in other reviews. Look forward to the upgrades!!

This game is absolutely horrible, the worst on iPhone. It cant even correctly score a winning hand. When its the computers turn to play his dominoes he will always play his best ones followed by his worst ones, not even an amateur does that.

Wow, where to even start. Graphics are primitive, dominoes look like they were put on a scanner and cropped in MACPAINT!! bidding makes no sense...it lets bidders place the same bet, then will NEVER let you win that tied bet when someone else bids the same AFTER that...Ive NEVER seen that!! Some animation would be really nice, and theres no reason the computer player should take that long. I feel like Im being yelled at when I accidentally try to play my hand before the computer TELLS ME its time to play. And the bid achieved feedback...not sure what you mean by this. 42 is the official game of Texas A&M University, and from the feel of this I can tell you were not a student there! We take it way more seriously than this. If you want to see an acceptable implementation (but still with room for improvement) check out Win42. Also, when you win the bid and try to play a double, it chooses "0" as your trump. Why? I cant figure out how to choose a trump! If I were Apple, I wouldve never passed this. Would be fine as a free app, but not really worth $0.99.
